For larger businesses, we can also offer agents that will handle 10 concurrent chats and 50 concurrent chats.
Would the AI Voice Agent be able to give information about my specific business?
Yes, your agent would be trained on all information that you want it to know - and that you want it to be able to give to potential customers. This could be all of the information from your website but could also be any additional info from pdfs, for example. We also continue to train the agent over time so it gets better and better at dealing with and helping your customers.
Can our AI Voice Agent book appointments for us?
In short - yes. Whatever the desired outcome for visitors to your website, your agent can be trained to lead visitors to that goal. This could be to book an appointment with you, book a table (for restaurants), transfer the call to speak to a real person, send you an email request, etc. And if you have an existing booking system with API integration, then your agent can automatically add bookings straight to your system for you.
Is there a lengthy contract?
No, you simply pay for your agent on a month by month basis. We don't think you'll ever want to cancel your agent when it is working hard for your business, but you are welcome to cancel at any time.

What if the person needs to speak to a real human?
This again can be set up exactly how you prefer. So your agent could take the person's name and number and send it to you so you can call them back. Alternatively, it could transfer the call to you on another phone number so you can speak to them immediately.
